FamLand Juice offers catering and event services for a variety of gatherings, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, wellness gatherings, church events, and community celebrations. All catering and event services are subject to availability and advance planning.

Catering and event orders require advance notice. The amount of notice required may vary depending on:

Product selection
We recommend submitting inquiries as early as possible to ensure availability.
Pricing & Custom Orders
Event pricing varies based on:
Guest count

Custom requests
Delivery requirements
Pricing details will be provided after inquiry review. Custom or large-volume orders may require additional preparation time.
Delivery
Catering and event orders may be fulfilled via Local delivery (within DFW areas)
Delivery dates and time windows are scheduled in advance. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items at the agreed-upon delivery time.
Perishable Products & Final Sale
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all catering and event orders are final sale once prepared (after payment confirmation). Missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If an error occurs due to FamLand Juice, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
Inquiry & Booking Process
All event orders follow this process:
An inquiry form is submitted with event details
We review availability, timing, and order requirements
A confirmation or follow-up is sent after review
An order is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from FamLand Juice.
FamLand Juice reserves the right to accept or decline requests.
Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an event order must be submitted as early as possible. Changes may not be guaranteed once production has begun.
