Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
If an order is incorrect due to an error made by FamLand Juice (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Failed delivery attempts where the customer is unavailable
Orders left unattended after confirmed delivery
No refunds will be issued for these situations. Customers may place a new order with the correct address information.
For local delivery orders, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items at the scheduled delivery time.
